Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind but you may exchange a product of equal or lesser value or store credit.
Requests for refunds/exchanges must be made 14 days from purchase date and are only acceptable if the product is in original packaging and sellable condition. A fee of 20% may incur.
All stock remains property of AOM until full payment is received. Once item is dispatched, it is the responsibility of the third-party freight company. AOM does not guarantee their products comply with the laws of where it is purchased, sold and used. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine whether products and affixation are compliant with relevant laws.
A qualified fitter is required for installation for products sold by AOM.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required when making an order/lay-by/booking.
Items are locked on lay-by for 2 months once deposit is received. Failure to complete payment within lay-by period means you will forfeit your order.
If a product is found to be defective, AOM will follow the manufacturers warranty guidelines or provide refund or replacement upon the discretion of AOM. Postage charges will be paid by the customer unless AOM claim responsibility. AOM will not be liable for claims made for fitment done by anyone other than AOM, modification of product, use under extreme conditions, damage or injury caused by products and any claims other than the extent described in this warranty.
